Designed for butt fusion welding of HDPE and PP pipes and fittings. A numerically controlled (CNC), hydraulic butt fusion welding machine with automatic operation. The equipment guides the operator from preparation through to completion of the welding process using graphics and symbols, providing intuitive data about the weld (welding standard, material, diameter, SDR). The pressure, time and temperature parameters are calculated automatically in accordance with the standards in force.
Automatic control of the cooling phase according to ambient temperature (CTC) – significant reductions in machine downtime. In practice, the total time to complete a weld is reduced by 33% at an ambient temperature of 20°C and by 54% at 5°C.
Welding reports are stored on USB devices for later viewing on a PC using the Suvi-WINWELD software.
